WHAT WE DO

ProLíder is a free leadership training program that consists of discussing the current Brazilian scenario, together with great references, with the main objective of creating transformation businesses that seek to contribute to the development of Brazil.

Discussion with experts: discuss Brazil's problems with the country's main leaders and understand the challenges that major national references in areas of public interest face on a day-to-day basis.

Knowledge through experience: generates knowledge from the trainers' practical experience and faces problems of large organizations to connect theory to practice.

Diverse perspectives: discuss Brazil with people of the most diverse ideological, regional, gender, race, color, and religion hues to understand the different voices that build our Country.

Application of generated knowledge: create sophisticated enterprises that will contribute to the development of Brazil, based on the knowledge generated by debates with experts

Acceleration of projects: presents its projects to a bank of experienced entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs, who will help the projects become reality and reward the best.

Her story serves as inspiration for many participants in her region, encouraged by her to participate in the ProLíder Selection Process.

ProLíder selects people from all over Brazil for the classes of each year. We believe that, thus, the impact of the program becomes national, as the enterprises and initiatives that emerge within the ProLíder spread throughout Brazil and impact their communities more and more with each passing year..

CONSTRUCTION OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT BRAZIL

In the first phase of the ProLíder, participants will have access to cutting-edge knowledge about areas of public interest and that guide the national debate about which paths Brazil should take. To help in this task of discussing our country in a healthy, diverse, and in-depth way, we invite the so-called trainers: renowned professionals in the area in which they work, with great expertise and the ability to contribute to the debate voluntarily.

For us to start acting to help solve the country's problems, it is important to understand well what is happening in Brazil. The first phase of ProLíder seeks to add maximum knowledge to the participant and pave the way for success in their actions. Some of the themes worked in the first phase will be the basis for the projects developed in the fourth phase.

The first phase is preceded by an Integration Immersion, which aims to build a group with strong links for constructive, respectful, and empathetic debates. We value the sharing of diverse points of view in the discussions of the ProLíder, and this is possible thanks to the joint construction of the feeling of a group that is made during the immersion. After building diagnostics about Brazil, participants will have development sessions as individuals in the next moments of the program.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING AND CASE CHALLENGE

Combined with discussions about Brazil, debates about the competencies that make up great leaders help to build the leadership profile of the program's participants. They profoundly learn about leadership with theoretical concepts and have the opportunity to get their hands dirty in the first challenge they face within the Prolíder: the Case Challenge.

The ProLíder 2020 Case Challenge is a competition for solving complex problems of partner companies. In the Challenge, participants will be divided into groups and will be assigned to help different organizations. They will be responsible for monitoring the problem to be solved and will propose solutions for that. The results of each team will be evaluated by a panel composed of members of the partner companies, and the best will be awarded.

PROLÍDER VENTURES

During the fourth phase of the ProLíder, the participants, divided into groups, will create enterprises with high potential for national transformation, through the facilitation of experts in entrepreneurship and project management. The last meetings will be full of panels on subjects relevant to business creation, such as legal issues, structuring aimed at scalability, financial sustainability, and other recurring challenges in the life of an entrepreneur.

These panels are complemented with specialized workshops, with a technical bias, designed with the participants' training in the biggest problems they faced during the development of the project they carry out. All of this content in the fourth phase is conducted by a facilitator, responsible for its conduct and assimilation by the participants.

The fourth phase of ProLíder has the main objective of giving all the support to the participant in the development of his business. In the end, it is expected that all groups have developed projects with high-level business models, which will be surveyed by the evaluation boards that will follow. ProLíder's ventures are focused on five areas: education, infrastructure, innovation & technology, health, and sustainability.

The Final Bankroll is the last moment of the ProLíder year. Participants will face a panel of renowned national judges in the areas in which they operate. These jurors will be able to help them make the developed developments a reality. The first place will receive a prize of R $ 10,000.00 to encourage the maintenance of the project's activities.
