We do not believe that leadership can be developed in a quick way. We believe that leadership is developed throughout a person's life, and that we need to be present in the moments of greatest difficulty, ensuring a growing trajectory for those who are willing to do great things for Brazil.

The Four Community is the fulfillment of that dream. We hope that, in 10 years, our fellows (name we give to the participants who complete the programs at the Instituto Four and join the community) will be occupying prominent positions in the private and public sectors. We hope to create a network of entrepreneurs and public managers with integrity, capable and willing to work together for the betterment of Brazil.

This dream requires that the link with the program participants remains alive. For this, there is the Four Community: so that everyone can remain connected with each other and with the organization, in a self-managed community that assists each of its members in their individual life trajectories. Each one, in their own way, walking together with people from all over Brazil, for the sake of a more developed country.
